Why is our strawberry sorbet pink, not red?

Because we use no colourings. A strawberry is white inside, so a whole-fruit sorbet is pink. Blood-red ice cream always means dye.

Gelato has less fat and less air than regular ice cream and is served warmer — so you taste the fruit and nuts from the very first spoonful.

Pistachios from Bronte in Sicily, IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont, strawberries from local Beskidy farms. The base is made in the evening and matures overnight.
